What we offer...

Equip College offers a range of courses and units that are not government accredited. Our courses are therefore self accredited. Our equipping ministry is church and ministry based. We operate mostly using social media platforms for teaching/lecturing delivery. Consider studying with one of the options listed below.

Certificate in Christian Ministry & Theology

This course is intended to provide a starting platform for those intending to acquire basic Biblical knowledge and basic skills within a basic ministry context. 

 

There are no pre-requisites for the units of competency in this qualification, except that students must have satisfactory reading and writing skills. 

 

Advanced Credential of Christian Ministry & Theology

This course is intended for students who wish to study beyond the thrust of the Diploma course. Study here requires an analytical focus. The course comprises of three core units and three elective units.

 

Entry to this qualification is subject to the applicant having successfully achieved the six core units of the Credential in Christian Ministry & Theology or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of Year 12 or equivalent is recommended or age exemption. However, each case will be considered on its own merits.

Credential of Christian Ministry & Theology

This course is intended to provide a starting platform for those intending to pursue a Christian Ministry vocation. 

 

There are no pre-requisites for the units of competency in this qualification, except that students must have above satisfactory reading and writing skills. Normally, completion of Year 12 or equivalent is required or age exemption. However, each case will be considered on its own merits.

 

Licentiate in Christian Ministry & Theology

This is a post degree course and is meant for students wishing to establish themselves more professionally within the context of Christian ministry. The subject matter herein has a much more in-depth contemporary ministry-theological focus. The course comprises of three (3) core units and two (2) elective units.

 

Students wishing to enrol in this course must have graduated from a recognised Australian tertiary institution with an undergraduate degree. Students who have graduated from an overseas tertiary institution with an undergraduate degree will be assessed according to the college’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policy. Students who have completed Equip's Advanced Credential in Christian Ministry and Theology are eligible to enrol in this course. Each application will be considered on its own merits.
