Equip College is BCWA's ministry training centre with Grace Community Church serving as its platform church for practical ministry training which includes discipleship, spiritual formation and internships. We aim to see Christ’s disciples strive beyond just the acquisition of knowledge and competence – we desire to see their character develop for the glory of CHRIST.

We are definitely on about the Great Commission and seek to minister God’s Word faithfully wherever we are called. “But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of Him” 2 Cor. 2:14. And now these four abide: Christ, Content, Character and Competence, - but the greatest is CHRIST!

Rev. Dr Dawson Elliott serves as Principal since 2007 and is also the founding Senior Pastor of Grace Community Church.
